About Me
My name is Yarirza Cidely Arce, I was born and raised on the east coast of the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. My passion for photography began at the early age of 13 when I got my first digital camera. I am currently a senior student at the College at Brockport, NY, majoring in Art with a concentration in Photography and a minor in Graphic Design.
Like many artists, nature was my first source of inspiration. By being surrounded by it, while growing up in Puerto Rico, I wanted to capture the beauty and how magnificent it all looked through my eyes.
In my photography journey, I've learned that my passion for photography goes beyond immortalizing the beauty that's in plain sight and more about how it can help bring the smallest detail to life in its process.
Whether is people or still life, my goal at all times is to capture the perfect moment, the perfect angle, and the perfect colors of life.
